The Waiting Room

Inside the hospital gates,
It was me waiting under the enclosed sheds,
For a friend of mine to undergo the pain,
In the midst of the day when it profusely rained.

The receptionist inquiring the same question again and again,
May I know who are you here for Mr. Jain?
I smiled and replied with a drowsy nod,
Ahh, I forgot maybe you should ask this to the mighty god.

Then into the world of dreams I fell,
There were a lot of stories for myself to tell,
Suddenly came my friend a bit terrified,
Trying to wake me up from my unconscious paradise.
