Broken Pieces

Shattered somewhere from here and there,
Stains of memories imprinted in our minds with care,
Remembering past and pondering future on the chair,
Forgetting that here and now is the reflection of our life in the glare.

The mystery of life concealed like a puzzle,
Vivid for some eyes and for some very subtle,
Broken pieces of life are what’s causing us trouble,
Gluing it together might be the end of our struggle.

Wandering in the peripheries of thoughts and we all call it a life,
The present moment is more like a dream where we kinda barely survive,
Aiming for something more or attempting equations to derive,
The destination of life in search is what we have already arrived.
